CIPD Trust
The CIPD Trust supports people getting into work, getting back into work and developing in work by harnessing the knowledge, expertise and talents of the people profession. The Foundation team is working with the CIPD Trust to introduce their programme of support to our existing partners to help refugees into meaningful work, shift employer perceptions and unite them with a shared purpose. The Foundation is also supporting a mentoring programme at HMP Styal providing employability skills to help 40 women find work as they transition to life beyond the gates.
