Cardiff and Vale College (CAVC) delivers high quality education and training within Wales. The Foundation is working with CAVC to recruit a work coach who will work with the College to understand the needs of Cardiff’s refugee, asylum seeker and ethnic minority community, and deliver impactful interventions to improve personal and education, employment and training outcomes.
