Lan works across the Foundation’s award recognition programmes, managing the Princess Royal Training Awards for employers and our staff awards, the Ampersand Awards.

She ensures ongoing improvements and best practice processes are applied across the programmes.

When she’s not at work, she enjoys experiencing new hot spots with friends and exploring exotic holiday locations.
